All orders placed through our online shop are for collection only (no home delivery).

After you place your order, we will review and prepare it. Shortly after the order is placed you will receive a notification (by email and/or SMS) informing you of the available pickup time window for your order.

Pickup times vary depending on the size or type of order. We aim to prepare standard items promptly, but bulk, speciality or catering-size items may require more time. The actual pickup time will be communicated in your notification.

Please arrive within the time window provided. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible so we can advise whether we can hold your order safely or reschedule your collection.

On arrival for collection, please reference your order number and the name used for the order. If you arranged a different pick-up name or delegate is collecting, please inform us in advance.

If you do not collect within the allocated time window and we’ve not been advised in advance, your order may be cancelled or subject to additional holding charges. We’ll aim to contact you but we cannot guarantee long-term holding of perishable food.

Allergy & dietary note: Please review ingredient information on the product page before placing your order. If you have any specific dietary requirements or allergies, contact us ahead of ordering.

Changes & cancellations: If you need to make any changes to your order (menu, quantity, collection time) please contact us as soon as possible. Because we prepare fresh, we may not be able to accommodate changes made very close to the pickup time.

Payment: Orders must be paid online at time of purchase. Collection is subject to successful payment.
