Order & delivery policy
Thank you for supporting our business! To ensure a smooth and pleasant experience when collecting your food, please take a moment to review the following guidelines:
1. *Pick-Up Location*.
Your food will be ready for collection at: Grange Road, Gillingham, Kent ME7 2QT.
Please ensure that you have the correct address and time as listed in your order confirmation.
2. *Pick-Up Time*.
• Your order will be ready at the time specified in your order confirmation. To ensure your food is fresh, please arrive within your designated pick-up window.
• If you’re running late, please contact us as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to accommodate the time slot. Please note that orders left for an extended period may lose their quality.
3. *Order Confirmation*.
• Upon arrival, please have your order confirmation handy (either in print, on your phone, or the order number).
• If you need to modify or cancel your order, please do so at least 12 hours after placing the orders. Unfortunately, same-day changes or cancellations will not be accommodated.
4. *Payment*.
• All orders must be paid for in advance. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, debit/credit cards.
• Please ensure that payment is completed when placing your order.
5. *Health & Safety*.
• Please follow all local health and safety guidelines when picking up your order.
• If you or anyone in your household is feeling unwell, I kindly ask that you reschedule your pick-up for everyone’s safety.
6. *Parking & Arrival*.
• When you arrive, free street parking is available. Please be mindful of local parking regulations.
• If you’re unsure where to park or need assistance, feel free to call us on 07553 271136 when you arrive.
7. *Late Arrivals*.
• Please aim to be on time for your pick-up. If you’re delayed, please reach out. We can hold your order for a short time, but we cannot guarantee the same freshness or quality if it’s picked up much later than the scheduled time.
8. *Special Requests*.
• If you have any dietary requirements, allergies, or special requests, please inform us via our email address: contactus@lebbyafricanfood.com
when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate them.
9. *Customer Responsibility*.
• It’s your responsibility to collect your order at the scheduled time. Once your order is ready, it will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes. After this time, we may not be able to guarantee the same level of quality.
